VOCAL’s G.167 Acoustic Echo Canceller software may be licensed as a standalone algorithm or as part of our Voice Quality Enhancement System. G.167 AEC source code is optimized for leading DSPs and CISC / RISC processors from TI, ARM, ADI, Intel and other vendors. Our embedded software libraries provide a complete range of ETSI / ITU / IEEE compliant algorithms. Contact us to discuss your specific acoustic echo cancellation requirements.

Features

G.167 AEC Software

VOCAL’s G.167 acoustic echo canceller supports both standard 8kHz and wideband audio applications and has been rigorously tested to meet G.167 ITU compliance as well as satisfy our own proprietary testing. The software estimates the transfer function of the acoustic environment from the enclosed loudspeaker to the device microphone and cancels received echoes from the microphone signal. Transfer function constraints include the required bandwidth, enclosed volume and tolerable delay.

VOCAL has extensive experience in the design, development, integration, and configuration of acoustic echo cancellation solutions for mobile, network, and telephony applications on all major platforms. Our G.167 AEC software is used in millions of installations world-wide, including hands-free telephone systems, public telephone systems, VoIP products, speakerphones (half and full duplex), baby monitors, as well many other types of manufactured items.
